Story: Story centers on the aftermath of a suicide bombing in Indonesia, where a reckless American posing as a grad student is bent on vengeance but quickly finds that the world's problems can't be solved with violence alone. A mysterious American Marine/FBI agent Jake Travers (Kellan Lutz) teams with a Muslim cop Hashim (Ario Bayu) to hunt down a dangerous international jewel thief Malik (Mickey Rourke) who kidnaps a Sultan's daughter Sultana (Atiqah Hasiholan) in a plot to steal the royal treasury: exotic intrigue amid ancient palaces, mosques, temples, subterranean labyrinths and stone pyramids in the heart of Java. Another movie from far east, Indonesia.
Clearly this is an action movie, if you like action, this movie couldbe your weekend options. Quite entertaining. A lot of action in there.
Tells the story of a special forces anti-terrorism cooperation with anAmerican citizen solving terrorism cases.
Speaking of the actors may not be so well known, but their acting isquite good.
In the end, the film is worth watching. presents the story from thelargest Muslim country in the world. Where many terrorists werearrested and prosecuted.
From 1 to 10 I give 6.5

A swaggering American and a tough Muslim cop team-up to stop a ruthlessterrorist in this action-packed thriller starring Kellan Lutz(Twilight) and Academy Award-nominee Mickey Rourke. A suicide bombingin Indonesia has left the Sultana dead, and American FBI Agent JakeTravers (Lutz)) was the last person to speak with her before the attacktook place. Determined to bring her killer to justice, Jake teams upwith Muslim detective Hashim ({$Ario Bayu) to track down the mastermindof the operation, an opportunistic terrorist named Malik (Rourke) withclose ties to Jihadist terrorists. To start with, a very well sorted plot, story and good screenplay. Themovie keeps getting you interested even in some dull scenes. Overall avery well written script and screenplay….good acting by Ario Bayu…Ithought he did an excellent job in this movie.
Yeah…action is missing in some scenes but there is enough to enjoy !!…would have been a great movie if there were some more action packedscenes. I don't want to take away the credit from the director….he dida nice job but he could have done better with all the ingredients hehad (plot, story, actors and locations)….nevertheless decent actionflick.
